We are so proud of our four fantastic supervisors! They just wrapped up three full days of training and earned their certifications through the APCO Supervisor course!

These four play such an important role in keeping things running smoothly across all shifts, supporting our dispatchers, and making sure our team is set up for success. We’re lucky to have them leading the way. Congratulations to Supervisor Alves, Supervisor Cruz, Supervisor Stafford & Supervisor Clark!

💗 This past weekend, our employees, including dispatchers and members of our administrative team, came together for the Rays of Hope Breast Cancer Walk! We love seeing our team unite outside of work to support such meaningful causes and make a difference in our community. 🎗️💕

🎉 Help us congratulate our two freshly cleared dispatchers: ECS Hunsaker & ECS Patrone 🎉

These two started their training at the end of March, spending 9 weeks in the classroom earning certifications in APCO, NG911, Emergency Medical Dispatch, Emergency Police Dispatch, Emergency Fire Dispatch, RapidSOS, PreparedLive, and plenty more all while learning the policies and procedures for all of our departments.

From there, they hit the floor with our CTOs, and completed approximately 100 hours of training on each of our five positions!

Now they’re officially cleared and ready to go… straight to the overnight shift! 😂 So if you happen to need 911 in the middle of the night, there’s a chance one of these two will be the voice on the other end of the phone!

And of course, no freshly cleared dispatcher photo is complete without a pose with the skeleton our dispatchers have been moving around the floor all month. 💀 Congratulations to you both!

Monson Public Safety Night is fast approaching- 10/17/26 at 3PM on Veteran’s Field- and our slow cooked BBQ won’t be rushed.

It’s supposed to be a little cold Saturday, but don’t worry (while we can’t speak for the MFD) our food will be smoking!

We’re here to season, compete, and take home that trophy 🏆! Unlike the FD who just puts the trophy in the closet “until next year”, we’ll proudly display it year round if we win.

The FD may have the competition smokers, but we have the grit. (And we don’t mean ashes and dirt because our smoker blew up.)
