We are excited to announce a new program for adults: The Social Chapter.
These events give adults opportunities to meet others and build social connections. Through fun, low-pressure activities, you can share experiences and conversation, try something new, and simply enjoy getting out. Some events will be held at the library, while others will take place out in the community, often in partnership with local businesses.
Some of our first Social Chapter programs will be held at Wolf and Fox Winery at Woelfel Homestead, where we’ll gather on the first Thursday of the month at 5:30 PM.
November 5 – Social Game Night
Enjoy quick, easy-to-learn games, conversation, and plenty of chances to mix and mingle.
December 3 – Bad Art Night
Make delightfully terrible art in a relaxed setting where creativity matters much more than talent.
January 7 – Generational Trivia Night
Test your pop culture knowledge with trivia spanning the decades.
February 4 – Music Trivia Night
See how well you know your songs, artists, and music moments.
Come on your own or bring a friend. There is no pressure to know anyone before you arrive. The whole idea is to create an easy, welcoming space to meet people, share a few laughs, and maybe find a new friend, activity buddy, or simply a reason to get out of the house.
The programs are free, with light refreshments provided. You can also buy additional food and beverages at Wolf and Fox Winery.
Meet people. Try something new. Have some fun.
