Chisago Lakes Achievement Center The Chisago Lakes Achievement Center is a day program/employment services and support center for adults with developmental disabilities.

Established in 1971, Chisago Lakes Achievement Center is a private, non-profit agency located in Chisago City, Minnesota that supports adults with developmental disabilities. From its humble beginnings as a group of concerned parents, CLAC has always been heavily invested in our clients and strives to enable each of them to reach their optimal potential. By providing a safe, nurturing environment, our dedicated staff helps to foster growth and refinement of both work-related and social skills, including self advocacy, and life readiness. CLAC has many innovative in-center programs designed to directly address the individual needs of our clients, varying from basic socialization skills to in-depth vocational training in specific employment areas. Through our work programs, clients have access to paid work assignments in several sustainable employment areas. These opportunities are available both in-center and at a variety of offsite locations.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Rockin' Tony for once again spending time with us and providing such a wonderful performance! 🎸🎶

Our clients look forward to his visits, and it was so much fun to see so many smiles, laughter, singing, dancing, and enthusiastic participation from everyone, including out amazing staff!

Experiences like these provide more than just entertainment—they create opportunities for social connection, community inclusion, self-expression, and meaningful memories that will be talked about for weeks.

Thank you, Rockin' Tony, for sharing your time and talents with us and for helping create such a positive and memorable experience for the individuals we serve. We are grateful for your continued support of our program and look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
