Today, CVFD Crew 1 visited the CAL FIRE/Cleveland National Forest Interagency Command Center to learn more about the dispatch operations that support emergency responses across our region.

Strong coordination and communication between our firefighters and dispatch partners are essential to an effective emergency response. We appreciate the opportunity to connect with the teams who help keep our communities safe.

đźš’ Training for the moments that matter.

CVFD crews recently conducted marine rescue training at the marina, putting equipment, skills, and teamwork to work in a real-world environment.

With miles of coastline and busy waterways in our community, this training helps ensure our firefighters are prepared to respond when someone needs help on the water.

Prepared. Trained. Ready to serve Chula Vista.
