PRISA, in collaboration with Ola Immigrant Welcome Center, Printologia Admin Services and the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts, invites you to a special community event on Saturday, May 16, from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

If you or your children need to apply for a U.S. passport, don’t miss this opportunity.

✅ Registration is suggested, but not required.

🙌 We are also looking for volunteers! If you’re interested in helping, please follow the link below.

This event will take place during OLA’s Summer Festival, making it a great opportunity to connect, celebrate, and access important resources for our community.

Nos sentimos honrados de haber sido invitados a colaborar junto a LULAC Cincinnati, el Congresista estadounidense Rep. Greg Landsman, Hamilton County Clerk of Courts (la Secretaría del Tribunal del Condado de Hamilton), the Cincinnati & Hamilton County Public Library (la Biblioteca Pública de Cincinnati y del Condado de Hamilton) y the Immigrant and Refugee Law Center (el Centro Legal para Inmigrantes y Refugiados) para llevar acabo el Passport Community Access Day (Día de Acceso Comunitario a Pasaportes) —un espacio creado para hacer el proceso de pasaporte más accesible, acompañado y centrado en la comunidad.

✨ En este espacio esteremos haciendo el proceso simple, accesible y con apoyo en cada paso.

✅ Solicita tu pasaporte

✅ Recibe orientación de la agencia aceptadora (Hamilton County Clerk of Courts) durante todo el proceso

Printologia Admin Services estará ofreciendo fotos tipo pasaporte y servicios de notarización de documentos.

💡 Se aceptan visitas sin cita previa,pero se recomienda registrarse. El proceso toma aproximadamente 30 minutos.

📌 Qué traer:
• Identificación válida + prueba de ciudadanía
• Método de pago correcto (ver hoja de tarifas adjunta)
• Para menores: padre/madre o tutor presente (ambos padres requeridos para menores de 16 años o formulario de consentimiento notarizado)

Esto es más que trámites. Es acceso. Es preparación. Es asegurar que nuestra comunidad esté lista para oportunidades, viajes, votación y lo que venga.

We’re honored to have been invited to collaborate alongside LULAC Cincinnati, U.S. Congressman Rep. ✨Join us for Passport Community Access Day, a one stop space making the process to apply for a passport simple, supportive, and accessible for everyone.

✅️ Apply for your passport
✅️ Take your photo on-site
✅️ Get guidance from the acceptance agency (Hamilton county clerk of courts) every step of the way

Printologia Admin Services will be providing passport-style photos and notarization services.

💡 Walk-ins are welcome, but registration is encouraged. The process takes about 30 minutes.

📌 What to bring:
• Valid ID + proof of citizenship
• Correct payment method (see attached fee schedule)
• For minors: parent/guardian present (both parents required for children under 16 or notarized consent form)

This is more than paperwork. It’s access. It’s preparation. It’s ensuring people are ready for opportunities, travel, voting and whatever comes next.
