Hamilton County Emergency Communication Center was honored at the Hamilton County Mental Health and Recovery Boardโ€™s annual meeting and awards program.

Ops Manager Brown, CS2 Wainscott, and Communication Officers Rebekah Knapp and Jess Mills represented our team, alongside colleagues from City of Cincinnati 911 and our Hamilton County 988 operators. Together, we were recognized for our contributions to strengthening mental health support in our community and presented with a resolution in our honor.

Weโ€™re proud of our staffโ€™s dedication and grateful for this recognition of their hard work.

Back to School!

Whether you are walking, driving, or riding, do your part to keep the community safe by staying alert and following the safety rules put into place.

Parents - teach your kids the dos and don'ts of crossing the street and using crosswalks.

Drivers - watch for pedestrians and drive the speed limit.

We ALL have an important role to play in school zone safety. ๐ŸšŒ๐Ÿšธ

for school buses! Stay alert and know when to stop: On a two or three lane road โ€“ drivers on BOTH SIDES of the road must stop when a bus is dropping off or picking up students. On roads with four or more lanes โ€“ drivers traveling the opposite direction of the bus DO NOT have to stop.
