Meet Common Pleas Judge Alan C. Alan is a highly accomplished legal professional with over 20 years of experience and a proven record of success. He served as a Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge (elected in 2017) from 2018-2020. He currently serves as a Common Pleas Judge elected in 2020. Alan received his Bachelors of Business Administration (Finance and Accounting) from Memphis State University (k.n.a The University of Memphis) in 1991. He received his Juris Doctorate with an emphasis in Tax Law in 1994. He recently received an LL.M., (advanced law degree) in Small Business Corporate Law. Alan is licensed to practice law in the states of North Carolina, Ohio, Georgia and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. As a Hamilton County Judge, Alan holds himself with integrity and transparency while serving in the community.
