Sarah is a passionate leader in the multi-family industry, known for her energetic approach to building highly effective teams. She has amassed 13 years of experience dedicated to optimizing performance across more than 4,500 units. Notably, Sarah has helped spearhead successful renovations of 2,300 units and the launch of 9 new property lease-ups across 4 diverse markets, driving top-tier revenue growth in stabilized communities.

Beyond her professional career, Sarah is actively engaged in her community. She currently serves on the GCNKAA Membership Committee and previously held the role of Treasurer on the Board of Directors at the Greater Dayton Apartment Association. Recently, she was honored with the 2024 GCNKAA Prestige Award for "Best Multi-Site Manager (greater than 1501 units)".

In her personal life, Sarah cherishes spending time with her husband, daughter, and extensive family circle. They frequently visit Kings Island and thoroughly enjoy the summer concert series at RiversEdge park in Hamilton. Welcome, Sarah!
