LEAD Clermont Alumni recently came together for our annual meeting and grill out. It was a great opportunity for alumni to reconnect with their classmates, engage with fellow leaders, and learn about the impact of the Clermont Chamber Foundation.
We were especially excited to welcome the newest cohort, the Class of 2026, who officially adopted the name "Legacy Leaders of Clermont (LLC)." Their journey begins now!
A huge highlight was the presentation of the "LEAD from the Heart Award," to John Melvin, founder of LEAD Clermont and the KLiCWOW program, by former Clermont Chamber President/CEO, Matt Van Sant. John's vision and dedication have shaped countless leaders in our community, and this recognition is so well-deserved.
Special thanks to Didi Bacon, Senior Minister from Mt. Carmel Christian Church, for facilitating an engaging leadership development exercise and to All the Ingredients for providing a delicious meal.
We're so proud of our network of leaders and can't wait to see what the future holds.
