TS & SP for OVH The Wilmington Haunted Hollow Ride 2026 REVIEW:

RECAP & ANALYSIS: There are haunted attractions, and then there are experiences that simply cannot be duplicated. Wilmington Haunted Hollow Ride has built a reputation as one of Ohio's most unique and adrenaline-pumping Halloween attractions, and 2026 proves this Clinton County favorite still knows how to deliver a wild ride through the darkness.

Following a brief hiatus after taking the 2025 season off, The Hollow is back in action, transforming the woods into its own playground of terror! Guests climb aboard modified school buses with their roofs removed, leaving them completely exposed to whatever might be lurking in the darkness. OVH's bus was labeled "The Decapitator" and it certainly lived up to name! In case you hadn't noticed yet, this isn't your ordinary hay ride!

Specific details of the adventure will not be revealed per the request of the attraction's owner. Bus drivers guide the vehicles through various scenes and scares, and a guide rides along on board to insure safety. Ours identified himself as "The Sheik" - Eddie Farhat's namesake making his mentor proud by keeping customers entertained with humor, playful threats, and audience participation throughout. (The only things missing were a fireball, a blade, and some blood!) Unpredictable encounters, twisted characters, and unexpected surprises comprise the experience, while open-air buses add another layer of vulnerability, creating an atmosphere traditional haunted attractions simply cannot replicate, and all capped off by the legendary, fire-breathing semis!!

Beyond the signature ride, Wilmington Haunted Hollow offers three additional attractions: Slaughter Hotel, Eville Asylum, and Terror in the Dark, giving visitors even more opportunities to experience a full evening of Halloween entertainment. Cost of general admission remains unchanged once again for 2026 with The Haunted Hollow Ride by itself selling for $25, or $40 as part of their multi-haunt combo. VIP admission is $60, and includes all 4 attractions, Food trucks are available nightly serving up delicious treats as well. Get there early and enjoy an entire night of unique Halloween entertainment at Wilmington's Haunted Hollow! Definitely add this must-visit destination to your list!
