We out here!!

Twice a day our crew members rescue food and bring it to our unhoused neighbors.

Our biggest expense are clamshells and soup containers!!

Back in September, we stumbled on a Facebook Marketplace post:
“14 medical pallets — free, just come get it.”

So what did we do? Loaded up a busted Budget truck and drove to South Bend, IN. What we found was way bigger than expected an overwhelming amount of medical supplies. We brought it all back to Cincy, and from that one trip, the impact spread far and wide.

From this haul, we were able to:
• Stock the 513 Hygiene Clinic
• Supply street medics in Cincinnati, Columbus, Chicago, Nashville, South Bend, and Minneapolis
• Support our own 20-hour Street Medic Class
• Donate to a local animal shelter and

And we’re not done! We’ve partnered with Highly Favored to get the remaining supplies to hospitals and clinics in Ghana.

Clinic number six happened on Saturday! We had a record breaking number of 10 neighbors served, despite the wind! In addition to many more recieving supplies from our free store! Its incredible to watch the trust and community being built around our work.

Thank you to everyone who has shown up, donated, or shared resources. Its been incredible to watch the growth of this organization in only six months, and we are just getting started!!

We brought the Cinnabons and vibes to the women’s march today!

From the speach from one of our members:
In the same that 513HC is united under a common goal, we are all here today because of a common idea. To support the women in our lives. To use and uplift our voices to demand equality for all women in our lives. Not just the women who look like you, or live like you do, but all women. Too long have women faced severe socio-economic struggles, like a persistent average of a 20% gender wage gap, with women making up 60% of the lowest paid workers. Too long have Indigenous women have been going missing or murdered, a murder rate that is 10 times national average due to systematic and law enforcement failures. We demand that you use your voice to uplift the most marginalized women in your life, to support the BIPOC women, trans women, and unhoused women in your lives. It is up to you and me to create change: neither the democrats or republicans are going to save us, it is up to us. I ask you one more time, WHO TAKES CARE OF US? WE TAKE CARE OF US

Since November 2025:

3,780 meals
4,536 lbs of landfill waste avoided

This math is based on average servings of 40 meals per day, 6 days a week and an average adult meal serving of 1.2 lbs. it also includes Camp Washington food serves and a 513HC food only serve at Piatt Park which many in this group have helped with and donated to.
