🚧 Growth in Motion! 🚧

Construction is underway on the extension of the service road that currently serves the manufacturing facilities at Hangar 1 and extends to Hangar 19.

The CDC is now expanding the roadway all the way to Hangar 21 to support a new manufacturing company that will be leasing Hangars 20 and 21. Once completed, the extension will provide essential access for receiving materials, deliveries, and day-to-day business operations.

This project is another important step in preparing the site for continued industrial growth, new business investment, and future job creation within our community.

We're excited to see this development moving forward and look forward to welcoming another manufacturing partner to the area.
