Difficult conversations about aging and future care don’t have to happen without preparation. 💬

ACAP offers free monthly educational events for adult children navigating the challenges of supporting their aging parents. This new chapter in the Sacramento region is the first of its kind in California, with Del Oro Caregiver Resource Center as part of the leadership team supporting the chapter.

Join the upcoming presentation, How to Have Difficult Conversations with Aging Parents, to build communication skills and gain tools for discussing important decisions about the future.

Family caregivers give so much of themselves to the people they love. This National Family Caregivers Month, let’s recognize their dedication by helping them get the support they deserve, too. 💌

Through Del Oro’s Adopt a Caregiver Program, your generosity helps provide respite care, giving caregivers time to rest, recharge, and tend to their own needs.
