WE NEED YOU AND YOUR KNOWLEDGE!
Do you know areas in the Clearfork Valley where flooding causes problems? We want to hear from you! Flooding is a persistent problem here, so you likely know which spot on the road floods after heavy rain or where water collects near your property. Your local knowledge is needed.
Our partners are working on a community flood-mapping project to better understand where flooding happens and identify potential solutions. Your photos and experiences can help paint a clearer picture.
Have photos of flooding at your home, along SR 90, or anywhere else in the Valley? Share them in the comments or send us a message! If you can, tell us where and when the flooding happened, and share any other important details (like whether the water moved fast, or created a big pond, etc.). You don't need to be a flood expert. You know our community best, so we want to hear from you.
