Leadership Rogers County

📣 **Calling all Rogers County nonprofits!**

Leadership Rogers County is looking for tangible project ideas to support through our annual class project! Each year, our class selects one project to support, funded through our annual golf tournament.

Does your organization have a project that could make a difference in our community? We’d love to hear about it! ❤️

A quick note: Funding may not be available until later in 2027, so please keep that timeline in mind when submitting your idea.

If your organization has a project in mind, complete our Project Proposal Form here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeDe7Xcr7Xd49GFp0lsk2IICzJTB2NW0BcQQTMaNTyHlcxTkw/viewform?usp=preview

Even if your project isn't selected this year, we encourage you to submit an idea again in the future!

Let’s keep making Rogers County a better place together! 🤝

Yesterday was our Quality of Life/Nonprofit session. We had a great time touring Light of Hope, the Rogers County Training Center, Safenet Services, and the William W. Barnes Children’s Advocacy Center. The day wrapped up with our traditional nonprofit “speed dating” where the LRC class learned about several of the nonprofit organizations serving Rogers County. I (Megan) failed to get photos of every organization that attended speed dating, but we are so appreciative of you taking your time on a rainy day to come present to our group!

Last call for nonprofits to sign up for "speed dating" on the afternoon of October 14! This is a great opportunity for you to educate community leaders on what your organization has going on. Please reach out to [email protected] to be added to the lineup.

🌟 Calling all Rogers County Nonprofits! 🌟

Leadership Rogers County is hosting a special “Nonprofit Speed Dating” event on the afternoon of October 14, and we want YOU to be part of it!

This is your chance to share your mission, tell your story, and connect with a group of community leaders who are eager to learn about the amazing work happening right here in Rogers County.
Each nonprofit will have a few minutes to present what they do, who they serve, and how others can get involved. Then the groups will switch and you'll do it all over again. It’s a fast-paced, fun, and meaningful way to raise awareness and build connections!

If your organization would like to participate, email [email protected]. Spots are limited, so don’t miss this opportunity to shine a spotlight on your work!

We're a little slow in posting these team photos from our golf tournament, but better late than never! Thanks to David Mudd for photographing the event, and a HUGE thanks again to our sponsors. Don't see your photo in here? It's possible I (Megan) made a mistake, so send me a message and I'll see what I can do!
