Ageless and sound advice for anyone in the customer service/customer experience business - and that includes most everyone: "Do your part to make 'Common Sense' a 'Common Practice.' I've experienced two dreadful experiences of late, primarily fast-food establishments, that have been unbelievable. They both were a result of poor or no training whatsoever. So, don't beat up the person on the front-line who is ill-equipped and unable to even count change. Chances are that they were placed there as a warm body only and never properly trained.
