Meet Bob Moertle, Founder & President of Frontline Hope.

Bob founded Frontline Hope after seeing firsthand the challenges first responders and their families can carry—often quietly and long after the call is over.

As a police and fire chaplain for multiple agencies and volunteer firefighter with the Clinton-Warren Joint Fire District, Bob has the privilege of serving alongside the same first responders Frontline Hope exists to support.

Those experiences continue to shape his vision: making sure those who spend their lives serving others know that support is within reach.

Through trusted relationships, meaningful resources, and a community that understands the unique demands of the job, Bob is helping build a culture where asking for support is seen as a sign of strength.

For Bob, this mission is personal, and serving those who serve our communities is an honor.

We’re grateful for his heart, leadership, and commitment to ensuring first responders and their families never have to navigate the challenges of this work alone.

Because the Watch Continues.

Congratulations to Clinton Massie Local Schools!

Congratulations to Clinton Massie Local Schools!

Clinton-Massie Local Schools Earns 4.5 Stars!

We are proud to announce that Clinton-Massie Local Schools earned an overall rating of 4.5 stars on the 2026 Ohio School Report Card, placing our district among the top 15% of school districts in Ohio!

This achievement reflects the hard work of our students, staff, families, and community, along with the commitment we see every day to helping students learn, grow, and prepare for what comes next. While a report card can never tell the complete story of a school district, these results reflect the outstanding work happening every day across Clinton-Massie.

We will continue to celebrate our successes, identify growth opportunities, and keep students at the center of our decisions. Thank you, Falcon Family! ❤️💙

Today, Clinton County EMA conducted the Cowan Lake Dam Exercise—DAM IT! 2.0 at the Clinton-Warren Joint Fire District.

Participants worked through a simulated dam emergency involving notifications, emergency response, evacuation, resource needs, and continued operations. The exercise helped identify gaps, confirm capabilities, and improve coordination before a real emergency occurs.

Thank you to the following organizations for supporting today’s exercise:

Village of Clarksville
Clinton County Board of Commissioners
Clinton County Prosecutor's Office
Clinton County Sheriff's Office
Clinton-Warren Joint Fire District
Wilmington Professional Firefighters Local 3011

Special thanks to our volunteers, who kept everything moving and made the exercise a breeze, and to Ohio EMA’s own Samuel Reed for his outstanding facilitation.

Exercises like this strengthen the relationships, plans, and capabilities we would depend on during an actual emergency.

Clinton Warren Station 60 was dispatched to the 8000blk of OH 730 for a report of a one vehicle accident. While responding communications advised the vehicle was in a pond. Crews arrived to one vehicle on its top partially in the water with heavy damage. It was determined that the vehicle was unoccupied. The area was checked thoroughly by multiple agencies. Nothing was found. AES was requested to the scene to secure and replace a utility pole that was struck and damaged.

Please use caution during your morning commute. AES will have multiple crews working to replace the damaged utility pole. AES is advising that the roadway will be down to one lane with the possibility of full closures during replacement. Power is also out in the area and is expected to be restored soon. Unknown time when work will start on said replacement and or repairs.

Over the last two weekends, one of our members (Chaplain Bob Moertle) attended the Ohio Fire Academy in Reynoldsburg Ohio to complete the Ohio 36 Hour Volunteer Fire Fighter class. This grant funded program is ideal for small and rural departments, providing cost free training for those who want to serve their communities.

Bob has been the Department Chaplain since April of 2026. Through his time in the firehouse he has grown interest in becoming a certified 36hr Firefighter. Bob was able to attend the Free class hosted by the Ohio Fire Academy over the last two weekends. We are happy to report Bob passed his class final and State Final with flying colors! Bob has put in a great deal of hard work preparing for this class. We are excited to see him step into this role.

Congratulations Bob Moertle
