👁️ OCTOBER IS BLINDNESS AWARENESS MONTH

Vision loss can affect how someone completes everyday tasks, but it doesn’t have to mean giving up independence.

The Nebraska Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired provides services throughout Nebraska to help blind and visually impaired individuals live independently.

Services for adults age 55 and older can include low-vision evaluations, independent living aids and training, technology assistance, referrals, and peer support.

💊 MEDICARE PART D: WHY REVIEW YOUR PLAN EVERY YEAR?

Plans can change from year to year, including costs, covered medications and pharmacy networks. Your prescriptions may have changed, too. Comparing your options can help make sure your coverage still meets your needs for 2027.

Medicare Open Enrollment runs October 15 through December 7. Midland Area Agency on Aging can help you review your Medicare Part D and Medicare Advantage options.

📲 Call Midland Area Agency on Aging at 402-463-4565 ext. 200 to schedule a review.
