Don’t forget!!

Trunk or Treat is THIS Saturday from 2pm - 4pm at the Community Building (115 US 69 Hwy) this year rather than the park.

There will be lots of candy, booths, and activities for kids of all ages.

K9 Axl and Major Lorenson had the opportunity to visit a local daycare and spend some time with their Pre-K class! They talked about law enforcement, what police officers do, and the important role a K9 plays on the job.

We even hid a few items to put K9 Axl to the test, but he didn’t disappoint! He found every single item the kids and Major Lorenson tried to hide. 🐾

The kids also learned that Axl’s favorite game is hide-and-seek, and when he’s off duty, he enjoys ear scratches and belly rubs!

Thank you for inviting us to be part of your classroom and giving us the chance to spend time with these awesome kids. We always enjoy getting out into the community and showing kids a little bit of what we do! 🚔🐶

🎅🎄 SHOP WITH A COP IS COMING! 🎄🎅

Santa’s not the only one getting ready for Christmas! The Claycomo Police Department is gearing up for another year of Shop with a Cop, and we need a little help from our community to make some Christmas magic happen! 🎁🚔

Want to help put smiles on kids’ faces this Christmas? Donations can be dropped off at Claycomo City Hall, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Please make checks payable to the Claycomo Police Association.

Let’s work together to make sure local families in need have a little extra Christmas cheer. After all, even Santa could use a few backup officers! 🎅👮‍♂️

Thank you for helping us make the season brighter! ❤️

If you have any questions feel free to reach out to our Community Outreach Coordinator Corporal Rivers through his email at [email protected]

TREE LIMB DROP-OFF IS UNDERWAY IN CLAYCOMO!

📍 Location: Field behind Mildred Keeney Memorial Park, 55 NE Poe Street, Claycomo, MO
🕘 Hours: Today, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

This will be for residents of Claycomo only.

We also want to extend a special thank-you to Chairman Bradich, Trustee Benton, and Trustee Jett for stepping up during the recent storm. 🚔 A New Addition to the Claycomo Police Department Fleet! 🚔

Today, we received two new patrol vehicles that will soon be hitting the streets of Claycomo! While everyone is used to seeing our patrol SUVs, these will be the first police trucks in the history of the Claycomo Police Department.

Fun fact: These Ford F-150 First Response Police Trucks were made right here at the Claycomo Ford Assembly Plant! They are the first vehicles built at our local plant that will be used by the Claycomo Police Department.

You’ll start seeing these trucks on the road once they are fully outfitted and ready for service.

We want to thank our Board of Trustees for their continued support and for working with the Police Department to ensure our officers have the equipment and resources they need to serve our community.

We also want to thank Jon with JJ Customs for making the delivery process smooth and easy!

We’re excited to add these new vehicles to our fleet and look forward to getting them out on the road! 🚔

Throughout the month of October, you may notice our officers wearing pink police back patches on their outer vests in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

This small gesture represents our support for those currently battling breast cancer, survivors, and the families who have been impacted by this disease. We also honor those we have lost and recognize the strength, courage, and resilience of everyone affected.
