Craig Chown, Chown Consulting Services - CCS is providing environmental mitigation and regulatory agency permitting assistance for a residential project in South Hutchinson Island in Martin County, Florida to balance local community development and environmental preservation.

Craig Chown has been awarded Transfer Development Rights (TDR'S) that are for sale which can be used by developers and landowners to get a 20% adjustment in a variety of residential housing unit types on their properties located in Indian River County, Florida. These TDR'S were awarded by Indian River County in order to preserve a mile of waterfront located just south of Grand Harbor to prevent any future development on this property. Part of this project involved environmental enhancements to protect our environment for future generations.

Craig Chown, Chown Consulting has successfully completed environmental permitting and mitigation for a property in the John's Island subdivision in Indian River County, Florida. This results in enhanced environmental preservation to offset construction impacts.
