🎃🫖 A Spooktacular Ladies Social at The Grove at Countryside! 👻💐

Our ladies got into the Halloween spirit for a spooky-themed teatime filled with festive treats, delicious tea, Halloween classics playing in the background and plenty of wonderful conversation! 🧁☕🎶

From the fun atmosphere to the sweet treats and even sweeter company, it was the perfect afternoon to relax, laugh and make memories with friends.

💜 Our first Alzheimer’s Awareness Walk at The Grove at Countryside was one to remember!

On Friday, our residents and team came together for a meaningful afternoon of awareness, generosity, community and fun as we supported the fight against Alzheimer’s.

We kicked things off by drawing the winners of the prize baskets our community spent the entire month of September bidding on. We also had the honor of presenting one of our Concierge team members with a check to be donated to the Alzheimer’s Association.

Then it was time to lace up and take our own walk around the community, complete with fun accessories and water stations along the way!

And, of course, we had to celebrate together afterward with delicious appetizers, sweet treats and some live entertainment! 🎶 🍰

We’re so proud of everyone who participated and helped make our first Alzheimer’s Awareness Walk such a special day. Every step, every contribution and every act of awareness makes a difference.

🍺 🥨 We celebrated Oktoberfest in style with a “Build Your Pretzel” bar loaded with pretzel bites, delicious cheeses and all kinds of tasty toppings. Of course, no Oktoberfest celebration would be complete without a little b**r and some festive music! 🍻

And one of the highlights came from resident John, who brought out his special Oktoberfest mug from Germany along with a photo of himself from his time serving in the military there. 🇩🇪❤️

What a cool piece of history, and such a wonderful way to bring his memories into the celebration!

Good food, great stories and even better company. That’s a pretty great Oktoberfest! Prost! 🍻

🍎🍂 We loved welcoming our friends from Safety Harbor Montessori Academy to The Grove at Countryside for a fun, fall-themed Apple Tasting social!

Everyone had a blast sampling different varieties of apples, trying delicious dips and learning fun facts about each type. Our residents especially enjoyed spending time with the students, picking their favorites and catching up with some wonderful new friends!

It was the perfect way to celebrate the start of a new school year, and the beginning of a beautiful fall season!

🎶❤️ Something SO special has been happening lately at The Grove at Countryside! Our resident Lou and his son, Chris, have been sharing their love of music with the community by performing together.

Chris is a professional musician who lives in Hawaii, so whenever he’s back in town, the two love taking the opportunity to play together for their fellow residents.

Their performances have been filled with beautiful music, big smiles, and some very emotional moments.

There’s just something incredibly special about watching a father and son share their passion and create memories together. We’re so grateful Lou and Chris are sharing their music with us!

🍦 🍨 Our recent Ice Cream Sundae Bar was a huge hit! Residents had a blast building their own delicious creations with all their favorite toppings. From rich hot fudge and flavorful syrups to sprinkles, peanuts, marshmallows, cookies and, of course, a cherry on top — there was something for everyone!

But the sweetest part was enjoying it all together! Residents socialized, listened to some favorite classic songs and shared plenty of smiles and laughter along the way. Good music, great company and ice cream piled high. That's a recipe for a perfect afternoon!

💛 A sweet celebration for some very special people! 🥂🍰🎶

We had a wonderful time celebrating Grandparents Day at The Grove at Countryside! Residents enjoyed a delicious sweets bar filled with goodies generously gifted by Harbor Dish, followed by a ch*****ne toast honoring all of our amazing grandparents and great-grandparents. 🥂

Of course, no celebration is complete without music! Live entertainment had everyone tapping their toes, singing along and enjoying some favorite classic songs.

Great desserts, great music and even better company made for a Grandparents Day to remember! 💕
