❤ October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and we want to highlight Health and Human Services Commission Family Violence Program. This program offers free, confidential services to individuals and families affected by domestic violence. This crucial resource offers services from emergency shelters to 24-hour hotlines. With no income eligibility requirements, anyone can get assistance.

❤ Octubre es el Mes de Concientización sobre la Violencia Doméstica y queremos destacar el Programa de Violencia Familiar de Health and Human Services Commission. Este programa ofrece servicios gratuitos y confidenciales a personas y familias afectadas por la violencia doméstica. Este recurso fundamental ofrece servicios que van desde refugios de emergencia hasta líneas telefónicas de ayuda disponibles las 24 horas. ❤Mental health is crucial for the well-being of both children and adults. Many adults with mental disorders exhibit symptoms that started in childhood, often unrecognized. Early treatment for young individuals can improve outcomes and prevent serious issues later in life. Promoting a child's mental well-being means creating a safe environment for positive connections and development. This includes nurturing confidence and self-esteem through love, respect and supportive relationships.
