College Avenue from HWY 93 to Keith Street will close at 3:00 PM, including the HWY 93 turning lane onto College Avenue. Towing will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. Lieutenant Hutton has been an active member of the Greenville Police Department's Crisis Negotiations Team since 2013 and currently serves as the team's Assistant Commander. She also serves as an instructor and trainer in crisis communications and basic negotiations.

As a longtime member of SCCNA, Michelle brings years of experience, a passion for training and education, and a commitment to strengthening the crisis negotiation profession throughout South Carolina.

Joining her as Vice President is **Captain Nate Heard of the City of Clemson Police Department**. We are excited to have Nate step into this leadership role and work alongside Michelle and the SCCNA Board as we continue expanding training, collaboration, and professional development opportunities for negotiators across our state.

If you can't tell by all the big smiles in these photos, it was nothing but fun with these residents. Building strong, genuine connections with our seniors is one of the most rewarding parts of serving Clemson. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and warm welcome. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
