Coming this Fall: the Ohio Association of Economists and Political Scientists is proud to announce that our conference will be held September 13-14, 2024 at Denison University, Granville, OH.

For those of you attending the OAEPS Conference at Walsh University in September, you will have until August 25 to book a room at the conference discount rate with SpringHill Suites by Marriott.

Also, the final deadline to submit a proposal is August 27th. We hope to see you at Walsh University this fall.

The Ohio Association for Economists and Political Scientists (OAEPS) invites submissions of scholarly and applied research for presentation at the 2023 Annual OAEPS Conference on September 15-16, 2023 at Walsh University in North Canton, OH. For full consideration, faculty members and graduate or undergraduate students should send a 200 word abstract to Program Chair Dr. William Davis at ([email protected]) by August 15th, 2023

At the top of your proposal, please post your name, e-mail, institution, and title of proposal, Below that, please indicate whether you are a Faculty member, Graduate, or Undergraduate student. There will be best paper awards for Faculty and Student papers, which must be submitted in advance according the OAEPS guidelines; please see the links below for instructions on submitting a paper for Best Paper Award consideration. Finally, indicate the discipline and sub-field of your paper (Economics, Political Science, Theory, Public Administration, etc.)

OAEPS is pleased to announce that this year's meeting of the Ohio Association of Economists and Political Scientists will be held at Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio -- September 15-16, 2023.

We strongly encouraged our members to attend this year's conference, but also encouraged new members to apply as well. Finally, if you have any graduate or upper level undergraduates who produced a quality paper you believe acceptable for conference presentation--please encourage them to apply.

I am happy to announce that the University of Dayton has agreed to host 2022 OAEPS Conference. Mark the dates down for next year's conference-- September 16-17, 2022 at the Kennedy Union on the University of Dayton campus. More information will be coming later this fall.
