COATING MIX 3 Cups AP Flour 1 Cup Cornstarch 1 Tbsp Magic Baking Powder 1 Tbsp Paprika 2 Tbsp of Garlic 2 Tbsp Onion Powder 2 Tsp Mustard Powder 3 Tbsp dried herbs (thyme, oregano, parsley) 2 Tsp Cayenne Pepper 1 ½ Tsp White Pepper 2 Tsp Kosher Salt (Adjust to taste) COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS Remove chicken piece by piece pressing into flour, shake off excess, dip back into buttermilk and back into flour Let rest for 15 mins for coating to set while heating oil to 350° Cook until golden brown (once about 175° is reached, this is achieved) REST FINISHED CHICKEN ON WIRE RACK 🔑 03/25/2025
