An avid supporter of our mission, even in passing he’s found a way to make the world a little brighter. We are honored to be named in his legacy - and look forward to doing something special in his name.

April is National Minority Health Month (NMHM), a time to raise awareness about health disparities that continue to affect people from racial and ethnic minority groups and encourage action through health education, early detection, and control of disease complications.

National Youth HIV & AIDS Awareness Day (NYHAAD), is a day to educate the public about the impact of HIV and AIDS on young people. The day also highlights the HIV prevention, treatment, and care campaigns of young people in the U.S.

Today is World Health Day: the World Health Organization will observe its 75th anniversary.
In 1948, countries of the world came together and founded WHO to promote health, keep the world safe and serve the vulnerable – so everyone, everywhere can attain the highest level of health and well-being.
WHO’s 75th anniversary year is an opportunity to look back at public health successes that have improved quality of life during the last seven decades. It is also an opportunity to motivate action to tackle the health challenges of today and tomorrow.
Join WHO on a journey to achieve Health for All.

International Asexuality Day (IAD) will take place on April 6th. IAD is a coordinated worldwide campaign promoting the ace umbrella, including demisexual, grey-asexual and other ace identities. 💜

April is the National Month of Hope. Here at Dorian Gray, we pride ourselves on our work that's "bridging the gap between hope and home" in Northeast Ohio.

Get excited to celebrate National Public Health Week 2023: Centering and Celebrating Cultures in Health! Our cultures have always shaped our health. We learn from the communities we're born in and that we build together. For this NPHW, we look to community leaders as our health leaders. We celebrate the unique and joyful ways different cultures focus on health. And we look to how we can learn from each other, with humility and openness.
