|| And Now Back to You by BK Borison

|| This book was described in one word for me…adorable!!!! Sometimes spin offs or books from different characters in a story can ruin or throw off the series for me, but not this book. I ate up this sweet story from Jackson and Delilah, it had me giggling and kicking my feet. I love BK Borison’s books lately she’s been a romance favorite of mine!

|| Bury Our Bones in the Midnight Soil by V.E Schwab

|| This book was almost a DNF for me mainly because it took me forever to get into and connect with the characters. The ending saved the story, but I just had higher hopes for the book! I liked the complexity of the characters, I just didn’t feel that until 3/4th through. For those who read it, what are your thoughts?

|| Wild Reverence by Rebecca Ross

|| This book was beautifully written (as a lot of Rebecca Ross’s books are) and I loved the different twist on magic and gods with mortals. It was a unique story, although I think the “tragedies” that kept happened were a slight overkill. These main characters couldn’t catch a break ever it felt like, just one bad thing over another. But it was truly a beautiful story of yearning, desire, destiny, loss, and giving up your own dreams for the sake of others only to find your way back to them. A great read!!!

|| Ruthless Fae - Zodiac Academy 2

|| Okay I am liking this series more now that the heirs didn’t p**s me off nearly as much as they did in the first book😂. I told my friend who has already read the series that I love Caleb and Darius and she gave me a fun look lol, so now I’m stressed they aren’t as good as I am hoping. But I liked the clarity/direction this book provided and zooming out just a bit to see more than just the school— the change of scenery was good! On to the next one…🫡

my craft of the Christmas season!!! These were such a fun gift to give to my friends and family for their bookshelf or walls! I sneakily asked what were some favorite books then picked pages from there I knew they’d love.

Thinking of making more!!! :)

|| and with that the 2025 reading season comes to an end 📖📚

What a year!!!! Although I didn’t hit my target goal of 50 books I loved the reading journey I had this year. I focused on reading books that I was the most interested in versus reading what’s “popular” and I have enjoyed making some really great reading buddies.

This year due to wedding planning I’m hoping for 40 books!!! ♥️♥️ what’s your target goal??

|| Unravel Me by Becka Mack

|| okay Adam is the BEST male character in a romance book that I’ve read in a long time…if you’ve read this book can you agree? This story was so sweet and my favorite in the Playing for Keeps series. Adam and Rosie are two characters with a gratifying connection and genuine love/friendship. I truly ate up this book!!!

|| The Things Gods Break by Abigail Owen

|| This book was fun to read but very confusing for the first half, I was finding myself having a hard time picturing what was going on. One of the parts in the story was labeled, “what the f**k is happening” so I believe the confusion was intentional, but it kind of made me not enjoy most of the book as much as I did the first. The first book is one of my all time favorites, but this one was just okay for me! If you’ve read it, what are your thoughts!?!
