🎃 A LITTLE FRIDAY FUN...🎃

Which Halloween personality are you?

👻 The one who loves a good scare
🍬 The one who's only here for the candy
🧙 The one who starts decorating in September
🦇 The one who shows up in a costume at the last minute

Drop your Halloween personality in the comments! 👇

Sometimes, taking a break, sharing a laugh, and connecting with others is just what we need.

🍂 A little reminder…

You don't have to have it all figured out. You don't have to be everything to everyone. And you don't have to feel guilty for needing a minute to breathe.

Just like the leaves change, seasons of life change, too. Some seasons are full of growth, and others are simply about making it through.

Wherever you find yourself today, give yourself a little grace. You're allowed to be a work in progress. 💛

💛 BREAK THE STIGMA | WHAT IF “I’M FINE” ISN’T THE WHOLE STORY?

Anxiety doesn't always look like a panic attack.

Sometimes it looks like overthinking every conversation. Lying awake at night with a mind that won't slow down. Feeling overwhelmed by things that seem easy for everyone else. Smiling in public while silently struggling inside.

And sometimes, it looks like a teenager who can't explain what's wrong, a parent trying to hold everything together, or a friend who keeps saying, “I'm just tired.”

Recent reporting highlights a growing concern around anxiety among our teens. But here's what we need to remember: we can't help people with struggles we're unwilling to talk about.

Let's stop telling people to “just get over it.” Let's stop assuming that someone who looks okay is okay.

Instead, let's ask questions. Listen without judgment. Make it safe to be honest. And remind one another that asking for help is a sign of courage, not weakness.

💛 You don't have to wait until you're falling apart to deserve support.

Break the Stigma. Start the Conversation. Be the Connection.

Destiny and Elijah were supposed to have so many more years together.

More birthdays. More family memories. More time watching their little girl grow up.

But now, at just 2 years old, their daughter has lost her daddy.

Last week, Elijah experienced a devastating mental health crisis and suffered serious injuries.

Doctors worked for days to save his life, but tragically, he passed away.

He leaves behind his wife and their little girl, who deserved so much more time with her dad.

There are no easy words for a loss like this.

But there is something important about sharing Elijah's story.

Mental health crises can affect families in heartbreaking ways.

Behind every tragedy are people who are grieving, who have questions that may never be answered, and who deserve compassion rather than judgment.

Right now, Destiny and her little girl need to be surrounded by kindness.

If anyone knows of organizations or resources that support young widows and children who have lost a parent, please share them.

And please send some extra love to Destiny and her daughter as they navigate the days ahead.

Elijah's life was so much more than the circumstances of his death.

He was a husband, a father, and someone whose absence will be felt every day.

**If you or someone you love is struggling with a mental health crisis, please know that help is available. Call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline.

It's free, confidential, and available 24/7.**

The feelings. The confusion. The horror. The tears. The fear. The hope. The heroes. The nation rallying together with American flags EVERYWHERE.

We remember it all. We honor all. We will never forget.
