Making friends as an adult is weird. Walking around with coffee is easier. So join us at our next Young Brooklyn event! We'll be drinking coffee and taking a lap around the CanalWay Center.
Whether you've lived in Old Brooklyn for years or just moved to the neighborhood, it's a great chance to meet people and get outside. Friends, family, and pets are welcome to join!

The Making Our Own Space (MOOS) program gives Cleveland youth ages 12–18 the chance to design and build real projects in local neighborhoods while learning new skills, meeting new people, and earning up to a $300 stipend.
Programs start June 1 and include hands-on projects focused on public art, placemaking, and community spaces across Cleveland. Spots are limited, and Cleveland residents are prioritized.

Emerald Valley Arboretum is hosting guided Tree Walks on Saturday, June 13 at 10 AM and 2 PM. The walks are about 30 minutes long and give visitors a chance to learn about the historic trees and plant life found across the 12-acre property.
The arboretum is home to more than 60 species of trees and woody plants, many over 100 years old, plus an 1840s farmhouse overlooking a wooded ravine trail. 🌳

About 25 volunteers hit the streets of Pearl Road this week for our first Community Clean Up of the year! 💪☀️ Even in the heat, volunteers showed up to help pick up 8 bags of trash.
