From the Mayor's State of the City Address. "Last year, I stood with the Cleveland Browns when they indicated their intent to be a catalyst for private development of the lakefront. The Browns are working to secure the commitment of the Cleveland Clinic, the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Cavaliers to join in exploring the feasibility of a jointly-branded sports performance, physical therapy and wellness facility on the lakefront.

"While this proposal is still in the conceptual stage, it would build upon existing assets, complement the work of the Group Plan and drive additional private development."
