AVG is proud to partner with the North Olmsted City Schools on their new 173,000 square foot PK–5 school, designed to support more than 1,750 students with modern, light-filled learning environments.

As construction moves toward completion in December, the building is truly coming to life. Color-coded grade wings, collaborative learning spaces, a vibrant cafeteria, and thoughtful circulation are all taking shape, giving young learners a place that feels welcoming and easy to navigate.

This project is a true community effort. Thank you to district leadership, the Board of Education, and every community member whose support makes this possible. We’re honored to help shape the future of learning for generations to come.

Every community has a place where futures begin to take shape, and for many, that place is EHOVE Career Center. EHOVE’s leadership has set a clear and inspiring course for this project, grounding every decision in a forward-thinking vision to better serve the next generation of learners and the evolving workforce. Their commitment goes beyond facilities, it reflects a deep understanding of how thoughtful investment in education can shape opportunities, strengthen industries, and uplift the broader community. This project stands as a direct result of their proactive leadership, strategic insight, and dedication to creating an environment where students and adult learners alike can thrive.

With a bold investment resulting from the successful bond campaign passing in November 2024, the campus is being transformed into a modern, unified environment that reflects the ambition of its students, the dedication of its educators, and the needs of the industries it serves. This 600,000 square foot project represents a comprehensive campus transformation ultimately doubling the campus’s existing square footage. This is more than a construction project; it’s a commitment to people, possibility, and long-term impact.

From new, industry-aligned training labs to reimagined learning spaces to support the existing 25 high school career tech programs and 21 occupational programs in adult education, each phase of this transformation is designed to inspire growth and connection. Built through collaboration and driven by community support, the new EHOVE campus will stand as a powerful example of what’s possible when vision meets purpose, preparing students not just for graduation, but for meaningful careers and a stronger future.
