Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland Junior Achievement's mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy.

📈 We're looking for classroom volunteers and community partners to help bring the JA Stock Market Challenge to more students this December!

Following classroom lessons in personal finance and investing, students put their knowledge to the test in a fast-paced, live trading simulation. They analyze information, make investment decisions, and adapt to changing market conditions while experiencing the excitement of a live trading floor.

We're proud to bring this signature JA experience back to students across Greater Cleveland and grateful to RSM, Charles Schwab, and The Veale Foundation for their early partnership.

Your experience can change a student's future.

At JA Finance Park, students take on real-world financial and career decisions in an immersive simulation. As a volunteer, you'll help guide them through the experience, answer questions, and encourage them as they build confidence for the future.

No financial experience is required, and we'll provide all the training you need.

Whether you come on your own, bring a coworker, or organize a team outing, your time can have a lasting impact on the next generation.

We're currently looking for 11 volunteers for each of the following dates:

We were excited to host counselors from the Bedford City School District at our Experiential Learning Center this morning!

Together, we explored JA programs, discussed ways to support classroom learning, and even stepped into the Finance Park simulation to experience the impact in real time.

It was a great opportunity to connect and explore how we can work together to help students build the confidence and skills they need for what's next. Thank you for the important role you play in shaping their futures!

We were pleased to host our friends at Consulting LLC as they filmed testimonials for the 2026 100+ Latinos® Ohio Must Know cohort, an initiative dedicated to increasing visibility, expanding opportunities, and celebrating the contributions of Latino professionals across Ohio.

Moments like these are a reminder that while people may not remember every lesson, program, or conversation, they do remember the impact others have on their lives.

We were honored to be invited to Incarnate Word Academy this morning for a special gathering centered on community, gratitude, and the difference people make in the lives of others.

The icing on the cake? A handmade crocheted blanket, lovingly created by a 4th grader on her own entrepreneurial journey. We are grateful to do this work alongside you as we help fuel hope-filled futures. 💙

Sometimes, all it takes for a young person to start believing "I can get there too" is seeing someone who has walked the path before them.

Through She Leads, mentors help young women build confidence, explore possibilities, and see their own potential in a new way. The impact lasts far beyond the program, for students and mentors alike.
