Pregnancy and childbirth put a lot of stress on your body. It is important to monitor your health and contact your provider immediately if you experience any of the following symptoms within the first 12 months after delivery:

All the prep advice I’ve seen discussing what to pack for the hospital, normally covers mom’s needs and maybe baby’s needs. What about dad or whomever comes along to support mom through labor? Labor support is right next to mom, helping her through, often for many, many hours at a time. When preparing bags to take to the hospital, don’t forget items your birth partner might need over the course of a 24 hour or longer timeframe.
