We are excited to share with you that our very own, Kristen Sklodowski, was nominated for the Nonprofit Impact Award for tonight’s More Childhood Please Awards through Akron Children's Hospital. She was nominated by one of our recipient families and will be attending tonight’s festivities.

As you all know, Kristen works tirelessly on behalf of the families she serves and this is such a well-deserved honor to just be nominated. Please join us in congratulating her! 👏🏻🎉

There’s only 8 more days left of our matching campaign!

Give today and your donation will go twice as far to help kids like Dominika - a special 11 year old who dreams of becoming a Supreme Court Justice.

And yesterday, as part of her Believe in Dreams experience, Dominka got to shadow a local judge in a real courtroom. She shared with us that this inspirational day helped her to truly see herself accomplishing her dream of becoming a judge.

But we need your help to keep making dream experiences like Dominka’s possible, to show other kids like her that their goals matter, their interests matter, that they matter.

Can you help us make dreams come true for the 10 children waiting? Donate today!

Growth after hardship isn't about erasing what happened. It's about what becomes possible next.

At Believe in Dreams, we believe hope, confidence, belonging, and connection can give young people the foundation to move forward, not just cope.

Since 2014, that belief has guided nearly 900 dreams. Each dream experience gives a young person the opportunity to explore their interests, experience joy, build confidence, and imagine what comes next. 💙

Every dream looks different, but each one creates a moment to see beyond the challenges they've faced and recognize their own potential.

Because a child's story is always bigger than their hardship. ✨

Belonging can change how a young person sees themselves. 🌟

For a child who has felt isolated by hardship, being included can make a meaningful difference. Whether it’s being part of a team, feeling comfortable in a classroom, or simply having a place where they feel welcome, those moments of connection matter.

At Believe in Dreams, our dream experiences create opportunities for children to feel seen, included, and celebrated.

Our parent survey data, developed in partnership with Case Western’s Begun Center, shows measurable gains in a child’s sense of belonging, often within months of a dream being fulfilled.

Because every child deserves to know: You belong here. 🌱

🎉 900 DREAMS. 900 REASONS TO BELIEVE. 💚💙💜
Today, we’re celebrating an incredible milestone at Believe in Dreams — our 900th dream! ✨

That’s 900 children who have experienced a moment of joy, hope, confidence, and possibility. 900 reminders that their dreams matter. 900 moments where a child who has experienced trauma gets to simply be a kid and feel seen, supported, and celebrated. But this milestone isn’t just about looking back — it’s about dreaming forward. 💫

Our 900th dream is only possible because people like YOU choose to believe. Your generosity helps us continue creating life-changing experiences for children who need a little extra hope. 💜 Help us celebrate 900 dreams by making a gift today. Will you help us keep believing? 🌟

120 backpacks. Countless smiles. 🎒💙

This back-to-school season, Covia employees came together to fill 120 backpacks with school supplies for local kids in our Believe in Dreams community.

From assembling each backpack to seeing the excitement when they reached our dreamers, this was a wonderful example of what happens when a community comes together to make a difference.

A huge thank you to Covia for helping our dreamers head into the new school year feeling prepared, confident, and ready for what’s ahead! ✏️

We’re grateful for your support and the smiles you helped create.
