Collinwood Branch Library
Its modernized classic design with a large arched entrance opens onto 14,100 square feet. The building was designed with three club rooms.
One of the 28 branches in the City of Cleveland Ohio, the Collinwood Banch opened in 1928 and located across from the Fifth District station of the Cleveland Police, this branch was designed by Cleveland architecture firm Walker & Weeks. The Collinwood Branch is an example of a fireproof building, constructed of brick with steel shelving for the books. By opening the folding doors, the club rooms could be converted into one large auditorium. It was remodeled in 1980.

Not Just for Teens | A 35 Going on 13 Special Ten years ago, the answer would be easy—in the lockers, bedrooms, and backpacks of the teens who use your library. More recently, the answer may be on the bedside tables and ereaders of a more grown-up crowd.
