Attending a meeting at Our Lady Of Peace to discuss the future of a more centralized (CDC) development approach in Wards 6&4. Still unclear on how the leadership team will properly reflect the diversity of our uniquely eclectic neighborhoods when this entity realizes its final form but I’m very encourage by the transparency and communication from the councilman and all parties involved thus far.

JUST A THOUGHT:

Trump is not the problem. He is not the disease, he’s the symptom. He is using a very basic and simple strategy. He’s betting that there’s enough racist in this country to get him re-elected. He doesn’t have to discuss Policy, he can be insensitive and excite violence. He can be accused of a dozen rapes and laugh about grabbing women inappropriately because he’s a celebrity. He can dismantle the EPA and put an unqualified Uncle Tom in charge of HUD. He can meet with our nation’s enemies and those who conspire to destroy our democratic freedoms in dark, shady corners as long as it political suits him. He can benefit from this “Trump Effect” and suffer no reasonable backlash because he believes that his base cares more about the suppression of the “negro” and all people of color for that matter (immigrant or native) than any other issue out there. And he’s banking his base is bigger than yours.
