Bridging the gap between education and policy.
This morning, Pioneer RESA hosted an engaging, action-oriented Eggs & Issues breakfast. This interactive roundtable brought local K-12 superintendents and area legislators to the same table to tackle the most pressing challenges facing our schools today.

What a valuable day of learning at Pioneer RESA!

Our K–5 educators spent the day exploring practical, research-based strategies from The Megabook of Fluency, along with ready-to-use classroom activities, assessment tools, and resources designed to strengthen accuracy, automaticity, and prosody.

One of the most valuable parts of the day was having the opportunity to learn together, practice strategies, share ideas, and think about how these approaches can immediately transfer into classroom instruction.

Thank you to all of the dedicated educators who invested their time, energy, and expertise in today's learning! When we strengthen instruction, we strengthen opportunities for every student to become a more confident and capable reader.

On Wednesday, September 23rd, educators gathered for an impactful ALDS (Achievement Level Descriptors) & Data Dig session focused on driving student success.

During this hands-on workshop, participants learned how to leverage:
🔹 Achievement Level Descriptors (ALDs)

🔹 Milestone Data

🔹 Testing Blueprints & Key Resources

Attendees explored how to analyze these tools to refine classroom assessments, target student needs, and enhance student outcomes on Milestones testing.
