🏠 On Tuesday, June 2, Cleveland Heights City Council’s Planning and Development Committee held a public meeting on Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs): small homes that exist on the same property as a single-family residence. The hearing featured a presentation from the City’s Planning Department staff about proposed zoning changes and was followed by a Q&A session.

Approximately 40 residents were in attendance, and many shared their views on the pros and cons of introducing ADUs in Cleveland Heights. Thanks to those who came out or watched online!

Planning staff will present more information about the proposed ordinance to allow ADU's at the next Council Committee of the Whole meeting, June 15 at 6 pm.
