For emergency shelter, Cuyahoga community members can dial 211 to reach coordinated intake.

We are proud to announce that CHN Housing Partners recently received two Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) awards which will support 105 total units of affordable housing in northeast Ohio.

South Collinwood Homes is a development of 40 single-family homes scattered throughout Cleveland's Collinwood neighborhood.

Mosaic Senior Apartments is a 65-unit apartment in Mansfield, Ohio, for residents aged 62 years and older.

Construction on both properties is anticipated to begin in summer 2027 with an estimated opening of fall 2028.
