B. Resolution authorizing the Bradley County Mayor to enter into an employment and contingency agreement to join other local governments in litigation regarding all claims and damages related to antitrust violations in the fire apparatus market

C. Motion to approve a recommendation from both the Education and Road Committees to request a study of Peach Orchard Hill Road and Hancock Road to determine what improvements may be necessary as they are affected by proposed development

D. Motion to approve a recommendation by both the Education and Road Committees to request that the Road Department evaluate options for improving the intersection of Benton Pike and Minnis Road and to provide regular three-month updates
