DeWine pardons two women for Cuyahoga County convictions as part of statewide clemency program
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine pardoned two women who had been convicted in Cuyahoga County as part of a statewide expedited clemency program that aims to give second chances to people who have turned their lives around since being convicted of a crime.
