Fresh paint, same essential purpose! Our 3.4-million-gallon reservoir tank in Independence has a new look.💁‍♀️🎨

Beyond the makeover, repainting helps protect infrastructure for years to come. This tank is one of five towers and tanks being repainted this year.

BOIL ADVISORY LIFTED FOR ALL CUSTOMERS

The boil advisory issued on Friday, September 18, 2026, for Cleveland Water customers in parts of Twinsburg, Macedonia, and Northfield has been lifted for all customers.

Test results showed no pathogens were present in any sample. The water is safe to drink and use as normal.

UPDATE: This boil advisory has been lifted as of 8:00 am on September 19, 2026. Test results showed no pathogens were present in any sample. The water is safe to drink and use as normal.

BOIL ADVISORY ISSUED‼️

A boil advisory has been issued for customers in parts of Twinsburg, Macedonia, and Northfield.

Customers in the affected area should bring water to a boil for 3 minutes before consuming. We'll provide updates here and on our website.
