This is a great opportunity to get resources, meet other seniors, and enjoy a day of celebrating the seniors of Cleveland.

West Park Kamm’s Neighborhood Development proudly announces the appointment of Edward Peppers as its new Executive Director, effective May 26, 2026.

Peppers brings a strong record of leadership and experience in economic and community development, positioning him well to guide West Park Kamm’s into its next chapter. Through a range of leadership roles, he has demonstrated a consistent ability to drive positive social and economic change, strengthen partnerships, and support community-centered growth.

“We are thrilled to welcome Edward Peppers as our new Executive Director,” said Danielle Doza, Board President of West Park Kamm’s Neighborhood Development. “His commitment to community building and engagement aligns with our mission and makes him an excellent fit for West Park. His experience in economic development makes him well-qualified to lead our organization.”

Pepper’s tenure at Midtown Cleveland & Northwest Neighborhoods equipped him with valuable insights and practical experience that will directly benefit the West Park Kamm’s neighborhood. His strategic approach to development, coupled with strong partnerships with the City, has contributed to initiatives that strengthen neighborhoods and spur sustainable economic growth.

While small in numbers, the exceptional staff that serves this populous and diverse area ensure that it remains thriving and desirable for businesses and residents alike. I am eager to apply my experience to support the growth and prosperity of the neighborhood,” said Peppers.

In his role as Executive Director, Peppers will focus on advancing strategic initiatives that respond to the evolving needs of the West Park community. His collaborative leadership style and ability to build partnerships and mobilize resources, will play a key role in driving sustainable development and improving the quality of life for residents.

The Hooley is officially less than 1 month away! Help us prepare for our celebrations at our clean-up on Wednesday, June 10th, 6-7PM. We will sweep up and pick up trash. WPKND will have supplies, but feel free to bring your favorite leaf blower or push broom. Volunteers should come dressed to work outside. 🌎♻️
