The Town of Clinton is pleased to announce a new addition to our Halloween festivities this year: All Hallows on the River, taking place on Sunday, October 25, from 4–7 PM in Historic Downtown Clinton.
The event will celebrate 35 years of the Haunted Mill at Red Mill Museum Village, a longstanding Halloween tradition that has attracted visitors to Clinton for generations. All Hallows on the River will complement our popular Pumpkin Fest, taking place Friday evening, October 23, giving residents and visitors another opportunity to enjoy Clinton as a destination for all things Halloween.

Halloween Trick-or-Treating Hours
All Hallows on the River is an additional community event and does not replace traditional Halloween trick-or-treating. Trick-or-treating in the Town of Clinton will take place on Saturday, October 31, from 4–8 PM, as usual.
We look forward to celebrating the season with our residents during Pumpkin Fest on Friday, All Hallows on the River on Sunday, and Halloween itself the following Saturday.
