Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001, and honor the 2,977 lives lost that day, including 343 FDNY firefighters, 23 NYPD officers, and 37 Port Authority police officers who made the ultimate sacrifice.

I have loved seeing so many posts on social media today reminding us all to Never Forget. It is important that we continue to honor those who were lost, those who responded, and the families whose lives were forever changed.

As Fire Chief, I want the residents of Clinton City to know how much we truly love serving you. We care deeply about this community and work every day to provide the highest level of service possible.

I love the fire service and everything it stands for, but I especially love Clinton Fire. I am incredibly proud of the brave and dedicated men and women who serve here, and it is an honor to serve alongside them. I am also very grateful for the amazing men and women of the Clinton City Police Department and the partnership we share in serving our community.

To our residents, thank you for your trust and support.

Never Forget. 9/11/2001.
