North Davis Communities that Care is holding a Red Ribbon community event at Clearfield High School on Monday, October 26, at 6:30 p.m. in honor of National Substance Abuse Prevention Month.

Come learn about the latest research on marijuana/THC and the teen brain. The event is free to attend, but tickets must be reserved in advance.

I was a high school senior when the towers fell. Watching it unfold in real time, my first thought was that we were heading into a draft.

That day changed the world forever, but it also revealed the absolute best of humanity:

The first responders who ran toward danger while everyone else ran away.

The men and women who answered the call and enlisted to serve.

A nation that set everything aside to stand shoulder to shoulder.

Join us for a community picnic. Meet your neighbors and connect with local resources. Following the picnic, each family will receive a meal kit to take home, children's snack bags, and many other basic pantry and household staples.

Eligibility:
Junior Enlisted Members and Families.
Families who have PCS'd to Utah within the last 12 months.
Families experiencing an emergency or challenge that is impacting their financial stability.
