Do you use Libby?

Starting on Monday, October 5, you’ll have to enter both your library card number and PIN to access ebooks, audiobooks, and digital magazines from OverDrive with the Libby app or the Wisconsin’s Digital Library site. This will be the same PIN you use to log into the MORE Catalog and MORE Libraries app.

Here’s what you need to know.

You’ll be asked to verify your library card number and PIN

This may happen when you open Libby, check out an item, or place a hold

Have your library card number and PIN handy

Forgot your PIN? Instructions for resetting your PIN are in the Help section of the MORE online catalog here https://help.bibliocommons.com/hc/en-us/articles/32759206999060-Resetting-Your-PIN-Password, or reach out to your local library for help.

Thank you! This update is part of Libby’s efforts to enhance account security. We understand that changes to familiar services can feel frustrating, and we appreciate your patience as we make this security update.
