Staff Appreciation Week is quickly approaching (May 4 - 😎 and our theme is 'Out of This World!' We need YOUR help to show our edu-gators how stellar we think they are!

Please consider sending your child with the following items to help show your appreciation:

Monday, 5/5: 'Messages from Mission Control' - Notes of Appreciation
Please send in notes from yourself and/or your child to classroom teachers, specials teachers, support staff, admin team. This is hands down the staff's favorite thing to receive! Let's flood them with lots of love to kick off the week!

Tuesday 5/5: 'Meteor Munchies' - Sweet or Salty Treat

Little Gators is a program at Glenhope Elementary where we are welcoming incoming 2026-2027 Kindergarteners and Pre-K kids to meet each other, learn about Glenhope, participate in a craft and check out a book. A parent must be present with your incoming Kinder-gator. We look forward to welcoming our Little Gators at Glenhope!

Our EduGator of the week is Ms. Day!

Though this is only her first year, Ms. Day has quickly brought smiles to every classroom and hallway she enters with a sense of energy and happiness.

It is rare to see a first-year educator navigate the complexities of the profession with such grace, but Ms. Day has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure her students feel supported, inspired, and excited to learn.

Her tireless dedication and infectious positivity have made a profound impact on students and staff alike, and we are incredibly proud to have her as part of the Glenhope family.

Join us for the Pre-K Alligator Popsicle Party and meet our Pre-K teachers.

This fun event is happening on Thursday, April 30th from 5:00-5:30 PM at Glenhope Playground (Turf Area)

Meet the teachers, enjoy tasty popsicles, and have a chomping good time!

We started with a pep rally, hat day, Dads Club golf tournament, and awards at our PTA meeting.

In the afternoon, we checked out our new Gatorville clubs, tennis and hat making!

🎸 Let’s Get Ready to Rock the STAAR! 🎸

It’s time to turn up the volume on our math skills! As our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders gear up for the Math STAAR test, we want to show them that they have the star power to succeed.

To kick off our Rockin’ Math STAAR test, we are inviting everyone to trade in their school outfits for their best Rock n’ Roll outfits on Monday, April 27th!

Earn $10 gator bucks for dressing up. 🎸
