Hello everyone!
Update:
As of Jan 15th I have been released from restrictions due to my accident injury. I am still regaining my strength and working on our new structure! I can't wait to release what is to come! See you all soon!

It has been about a month and a half since my Oct. 15th accident. Things are progressing but slowly. Healing has been difficult but I will be ok. Now is the time to be thankful (everyday, actually). Happy thanksgiving and I can't wait to get back at it!
Five days after my last update, which is pinned to the top of this page, I was involved in a motorcycle accident and must now undergo recovery due to a fractured hip. The accident was caused by a driver who failed to yield and violated our right of way. Specifically, the driver pulled out of a parking lot, making a left-hand turn, directly into our path, and we were unable to avoid the collision. As a result, we will be closed until I have fully recovered from my injuries. Please be assured that we have retained legal counsel and I will provide updates as promised. Thank you for your understanding, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Always wear a helmet! My helmet saved my life!

A Brief History of Pikes Peak
"Pikes Peak was Tava (“Sun Mountain”) to the Ute and Heey-otoyoo (“Long Mountain”) to the Arapaho. Lt. Zebulon Pike noted it in 1806, the 1859 Gold Rush rallied under “Pikes Peak or Bust,” and in 1893 Katharine Lee Bates wrote “America the Beautiful” from its summit."
1859 Gold Rush prospectors at Pikes Peak needed sworn statements and seals to file mining claims.
Today’s mobile notaries uphold that tradition—bringing trust and document integrity straight to your door.

Fun Fact: Crystal Carroll : Notary Public
The single most valued notarial act is the acknowledgment, because it:
- Confirms the signer’s identity and voluntary intent
- Is required for high-stakes documents—deeds, mortgages, trust instruments
- Provides title companies, lenders, and courts with assurance that signatures are genuine
