This week, we were honored to host the 12 Outstanding Airmen of the Year (OAY) at USAFA. During their immersion experience, these remarkable Airmen shared insights on leadership, growth, and the journeys that led them to this prestigious recognition. Our enlisted corps joined them for a panel, offering a unique exchange on how our enlisted experiences shape and inspire future leaders.

Our AMTs showcased the impactful role they play in cadet development, highlighting the unique, hands-on duties that set them apart.

Their visit underscored the incredible opportunities USAFA offers—not only for Airmen aspiring to commission but also for those seeking to grow as leaders and mentors within the Air and Space Force.

Every day, our AMTs play a key role in supporting Noon Meal Formation, a long-standing USAFA tradition that reinforces discipline, accountability, and cadet leadership. During this daily formation, the entire Cadet Wing gathers to march into Mitchell Hall for lunch, providing a structured opportunity to uphold military standards and ensure uniformity across the wing.

AMTs are instrumental in maintaining these high standards, ensuring that cadets are aligned with the Air Force's core values of integrity, service, and excellence. Through their guidance and oversight, they promote accountability and foster the leadership qualities that are essential for our future officers.

Yesterday, our AMTs proudly supported Pass and Review, a time-honored military tradition that showcases the professionalism, precision, and discipline of our cadets. Pass and review is a ceremonial parade that highlights readiness, while also providing an opportunity to honor distinguished visitors.

This particular event was held in recognition of esteemed guests including the SECAF, the CSAF, and other senior leaders. Our AMTs played a critical role in ensuring the event was executed with excellence, reinforcing their commitment to developing future Air and Space leaders.
